Every effort has been made to offer the lowest prices in the industry. Vida Boutique recognizes that there are countless other sites for you to choose from, and in appreciation, we offer you our Low Price Guarantee.

There's always room for negotiation. If you would like to get a competitive rate, just let us know. Send an email or use the contact form. We'll match any price and provide you with a special promotional code (usually that same day) to use during check-out.

Gotta buy it now?

Make your purchase at full price and come back within 2 weeks to receive a bonus if you see the same item offered at a lower price elsewhere; we'll credit back the difference between the original price paid and our price match to your card. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be posted.

The Fine Print...

  • Low price guarantee does not apply to competitors' tax rates, shipping, coupons, or promotions;
  • Applies only to same items & quantities - same manufacturer, model, fabric, color, packaging, etc.;
  • Item must be in stock with the competitor and offered in new condition;
  • Clearance, on-sale, going-out-of-business, or auction items will not be accepted;
  • Competitor's offer must be verifiable through a link to their site and/or printed ad;
  • Expires within 2 weeks of purchase.

Vida Boutique reserves the right to deny a price match if any of the criteria listed above are not met. Low Price Guarantee effective June 1, 2007 and subject to change without written or prior notice.

Refunds/Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you need to refund or exchange an item, notify us via email prior to returning the item(s). We'll send you an emailed response containing important product return instructions.

All product returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order (the confirmed delivery date provided by UPS). Product returns must also be returned unopened, if possible, and in their original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange used items, personalized items, or candle items. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

We will make every effort to accommodate order cancellations and item replacements within a few hours of receiving your order. However, if your order ships before you call to cancel and/or replace an item, you will be responsible for all related shipping costs.

If you must return products due to damage or company error, please allow us to remedy the error and exchange the items if time allows. Otherwise, you will be entitled to a full refund of the product (to include shipping).

Shipping

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. It takes an average of 3-5 days to process your order. UPS Ground shipping time is additional.

  • All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping. For expedited shipping arrangements, please leave us a note in your order's comments.
  • UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We currently ship only within the United States (includes Alaska & Hawaii), Canada, and Puerto Rico.
