Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Vida Boutique currently ships only within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), Puerto Rico and Canada.

Canadian Orders: To save the customer delivery time and money, Canadian orders are shipped duty free once weekly via UPS. There is a $10.95 fee in addition to shipping for this service. Read more...

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing & delivery. We ship via UPS Ground.

Do you have a retail location?

At the present time we do not own or operate a retail location. All of our business is conducted online. This is to ensure that costs are kept low and the savings are passed on to our customers.

Can I order a sample of an item before making a large order?

Yes, of course! There are no order minimums (except for personalized orders). Enter "1" as the item quantity and add it to your shopping cart.

How can I track my shipment (s)?

Once your order has shipped, you will be notified by email with a UPS tracking number.

Do you accept refunds/exchanges?

Yes, certainly! We want you to be happy with your purchase. The only products we cannot refund or exchange are items that are used, edible, candle, or personalized. Note that you are responsible for return shipping fees.

We will make every effort to accommodate order cancellations and item replacements within a few hours of receiving your order. However, if your order ships before you call to cancel and/or replace an item, you will be responsible for all related shipping costs.

If your order is incorrect due to company error, we will exchange your product if time allows. Otherwise, you will be entitled to a full refund for the product (to include shipping).
